Founded with Vision
Kargo Packaging was founded in 2017 by Renée Graham. With more than 20 years in the packaging industry, Renée built the company to give brands reliable, commercially sound packaging outcomes.
Before founding Kargo, she developed an award-winning reusable packaging system at Rent the Runway that delivered measurable improvements in cost, waste, and operations. She also spent 12 years in senior leadership at Aritzia during the company’s most expansive period, working across divisions as a creative leader.
That experience shapes how she runs Kargo today: with direct accountability, practical problem-solving, and a clear focus on business outcomes.
