Challenge
Traditional luxury packaging often relies on virgin materials, heavy finishes, and constructions that are difficult to recycle. For Filippa K, those options were not acceptable.

Solution
Kargo managed the project from development through production and logistics. We worked with Filippa K's team to develop a system based on four core materials: corrugated board, kraft paper, premium art papers, and cotton, selected for performance, texture, and recyclability.

Recycled and FSC-certified e-commerce envelopes with resealable construction to support returns
Corrugated shipping boxes made from recycled materials, engineered for protection with minimal ink use
Custom sizing matched to the product range rather than adapted from standard formats
Structures designed to reduce material waste and transportation impact
E-commerce envelopes: Recycled paper and FSC-certified mix. Resealable construction supports easy returns and reduces single-use waste.
Corrugated shipping boxes: Made from recycled materials with a screen-printed logo, our boxes are pre-constructed with custom paper and engineered for transit protection, all while keeping ink usage and environmental load low.
Premium stationery: Ultra-soft recycled paper with blind emboss detailing. Quality communicated through texture, not decoration.
